Return Eligibility

You may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, kept in their original packaging, and suitable for return shipping. We review each request before approving a return because supplier, customs, shipping, and product conditions may differ.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items restricted by international shipping regulations. Electronics and fragile items may have specific return conditions.

Return Process

To start a return, contact support with your order number, the reason for the request, and photos where relevant. Wait for review and return instructions before sending an item. Items must be packaged carefully. Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless KuwaitGates confirms that an incorrect or damaged item requires different handling.

Refund Processing

Refunds are not issued instantly. After an approved return is received and inspected, we verify the order, payment, supplier, and shipping status before processing any eligible refund. Approved refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method where supported. Processing time may vary by payment provider and return circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the order and explain the available resolution after verifying the supplier, payment, and shipping details.
