Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, items must be in original packaging and unused condition, and return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Due to customs and international shipping regulations, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items restricted by international shipping regulations. Electronics and fragile items may have specific return conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions. All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error. International return shipping may take 2-4 weeks to reach our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International Considerations
