Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and responding when additional delivery information is needed.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and kept in their original packaging. Some items, including perishable, personalized, used, damaged, or shipping-restricted products, cannot be returned. Each request is reviewed before approval.
